§ 32-6. Land subdivision.

Ordinance No. C-192 of the town and any subsequent amendments to the ordinance currently regulate and shall continue to regulate the subdivision of land within the town limits. The ordinance meets the requirements of F.S. ch. 177, part I, establishing minimum requirements to regulate and control the platting of land within the town. All plats prepared within the town must also meet the requirements of the county platting ordinance and the county manual of public works. The county ordinances cited above, as well as the town ordinances pertaining to this subject, are hereby adopted as the town land subdivision regulations as required by F.S. § 163.3202(2)(a).
