§ 32-5. Areas subject to flooding.

Those portions of the currently adopted Metropolitan Dade County Ordinance, Development Within Flood Hazard Districts, which regulate the areas subject to seasonal and periodic flooding are hereby adopted, by reference, as the town flood protection regulation as required by F.S. § 163.3202(2)(d).
