§ 32-4. Environmentally sensitive lands protection.

Those portions of the currently adopted Metropolitan Dade County Environmental Protection Ordinance of the Dade County Code of Ordinances which provide for the protection of environmentally sensitive lands and areas are hereby adopted by reference as the town environmentally sensitive lands protection regulation as required by F.S. § 163.3202(2)(e).
