§ 2-73. Jurisdiction.

The Special Magistrate shall have jurisdiction to hear and rule upon those matters that may be prosecuted by municipalities pursuant to F.S. ch. 162, and hear and rule upon violations of the Town Code that authorize violations to be heard by the Special Magistrate.
