§ 32-9. Off-street parking and on-site vehicular traffic flow.

(a)

Residential. There shall be one parking space required for each residential unit.

(b)

Commercial. There shall be one parking space required per 400 square feet of floor area.

(c)

Industrial. There shall be one parking space required per 1,000 square feet of floor area up to 10,000 square feet and, thereafter, one parking space required per 2,000 square feet of floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet.

(d)

Minimum parking space dimensions. Each regular parking space shall be not less than nine feet in width and 18 feet in length. Each disabled-access parking space shall be not less than 12 feet in width and 18 feet in length.
