§ 32-10. Use of development agreements.

(a)

The town council hereby establishes and authorizes the use of development agreements as permitted and authorized by the Florida Local Government Development Agreement Act.

(b)

The procedures and requirements for each development agreement shall be as set forth in the Florida Local Government Development Agreement Act as it may be amended from time to time.
