§ 2-71. Establishment of code enforcement system.

The town, by this section, hereby adopts a code enforcement system, which shall provide for a Special Magistrate with authority to hold hearings and assess fines against violators of the Town Code, or the supplemental code enforcement procedures authorized by F.S. §§ 162.21, et seq. The town, by this chapter, hereby implements the procedures set forth in F.S. ch. 162 in its entirety.
