§ 56-26. Monthly bills.

The town shall bill water usage and all related service charges to customers located within the town limits on a monthly basis or on such other basis as the Town Council may from time to time establish as reasonable. Such bills shall state the amount of all charges due for water usage and for all related services including any past due charges incurred by the customer.
