§ 50-9. Fees for recording of plats.

It is hereby imposed the following subdivision platting fees which shall be paid to the Clerk of the Town of Medley, Florida in accordance with this schedule of fees:

(a)

Tentative plat.

(1)

Fee to accompany plat application: $250.00.

(2)

Fee for resubmission of tentative plat by same owner: $50.00.

(3)

Fee for resubmission of tentative plat by different owners: $150.00.

(b)

Final plat.

(1)

0 to 10 lots: $15.00 per lot;

10 to 20 lots: $150.00 plus $10.00 per lot in excess of 10 lots;

20 to 400 lots: $150.00 plus $8.00 per lot in excess of 20 lots.

The minimum fee for any final plat: $100.00.

(3)

The fee for reverting any previously recorded final plats to acreage: $150.00.

(c)

The above fees shall not be required of governmental entities and agencies when platting their own respective properties, provided however, it is not the intent hereof to waive the Clerk's fee as provided in subsection (c).
