§ 44-6. Personal leave without pay.

  • Any employee of the town wishing time off for personal reasons will first obtain permission from his department head. If the department head grants such permission, the employee will not receive pay for the time so absent from work. If a department head wishes time off for personal reasons, the department head will first obtain permission from the Mayor and if permission is granted, the department head will not receive pay for such time not worked.
