§ 41-29. Smoking prohibition.

The "Florida Clean Indoor Air Act," F.S. §§ 386.201 et seq., as amended from time to time, which provides for a general prohibition against smoking in public places, which includes, among others, governmental buildings, governs smoking in public places and is made a part of the Municipal Code of Medley, Florida by reference.
