§ 32-2. Potable water wellfield protection.

Those portions of the currently adopted Metropolitan Dade County Environmental Protection Ordinance of the Dade County Code of Ordinances which provide the necessary control of land uses and activities within identified cones of influence for potable water wells and wellfields, as required by F.S. § 163.3202(2)(c), and provide the necessary protection of potable water wells and wellfields, are hereby adopted by reference as the town potable water wellfield protection regulation.
