§ 29-28. Unlawful to clear or fill land without permit.

It shall be unlawful for any person to clear or fill land within the limits of the town without a valid and current permit issued in the manner provided by this article or to engage in such activity from and after the time that the permit has expired or to engage in such activity in violation of any provision of this article.
