§ 20-6. Remedial amendments.

Latest version.

(a)

The remedial amendments previously transmitted to the state department of community affairs on February 26, 1990, are hereby adopted by the town.

(b)

A copy of the remedial amendments to the town comprehensive plan is incorporated herein by reference and is on file in town hall.

(c)

The appropriate officials of the town are hereby authorized and directed to transmit to the state department of community affairs all of the required copies of the adopted comprehensive plan remedial amendments, together with an appropriate letter of transmittal and any and all other documentation required by the state department of community affairs.
