§ 17-14. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter or orders issued hereunder, for which another penalty is not specifically provided herein or required by law shall, upon conviction, be subject to such fine or imprisonment or both as provided by section 1-6 of the Town Code. Each day that a violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
