§ 14-102. Waiver of fees.

Upon presentation of satisfactory proof that the applicant for a permit under this article is employed by and seeking to solicit on behalf of a duly registered and authorized charitable corporation or nonprofit corporation, the Town Clerk is authorized to waive the application fee as set forth in section 14-98(9) and the permit fee as set forth in section 14-99.
