§ 14-68. Local business tax receipt (LBTR) required.

It shall be unlawful for any industrial mobile catering vehicle owner and/or operator to display, sell, or offer to sell any food items as defined in this article, within the town limits, without first having obtained a LBTR from the town in the manner hereinafter provided.
