§ 11-30. Duties as Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary Inspector.

In addition to his other duties as Building Inspector, the Building Inspector shall also serve as the following:

(1)

Electrical Inspector.

(2)

Plumbing Inspector.

(3)

Sanitary Inspector.

The duties of the Building Inspector shall be, generally, such duties as are performed by such officers in the Miami area, and the duties of the Electrical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector and Sanitary Inspector of the town shall be generally such duties as are commonly performed by such officers in the Miami area, including but not by way of limitation, in any way, the duty to see that all buildings, structures and improvements, including electrical wiring and installation, plumbing installation and sanitary conditions, are in accordance with the building permits themselves and the plans and the specifications submitted therewith, and all other ordinances of the town affecting such buildings, structures or improvements.
